Meet the East Ocean Team

For nearly 30 years, East Ocean Contracting has been building, remodeling and improving homes throughout Hampton Roads. Behind every project is an experienced team committed to quality construction, careful project management and doing the job right.

Our team brings decades of combined experience across residential construction, remodeling and project management, with the knowledge required to manage projects ranging from kitchen and bathroom renovations to home additions and custom construction.

Just as important, we know Hampton Roads. Our experience working throughout the region gives us an understanding of local homes, building requirements and the unique considerations that come with renovating and building in coastal Virginia.

Experience You Can Trust With Your Home

Quality construction starts with experienced people. As a licensed and insured Class A contractor, East Ocean Contracting has the expertise to manage both the details homeowners see and the complex construction happening behind them. Our team works together throughout each project to coordinate schedules, trades, materials and construction while maintaining the standards of workmanship East Ocean has built its reputation on.

From the first conversation through the final details, our goal is to provide homeowners with knowledgeable guidance, clear communication and confidence that their project is being managed by people who understand their homes and their craft.
